Lateral Flow User Guide

Logging In

To log in you will need your unique Kit Key and DOB.

If you have not received a kit key you can register to obtain one here.

If you already have a kit key but can not remember it you can click here to issue a reminder.

Adding a new Kit

You will need to add each kit you have collected from the 12/01/2022.

Once you have logged in to your account you can add a new LFT Kit by clicking on

Complete the form shown. All details to complete the form can be found on the side of you LFT Kit.When the form is complete you will be sent back to your home page and will have a list of every LFT Kit you have registered.

Your most recent LFT Kit will always show at the top of the list.

Adding a new Result

To add a result click on your most recent LFT Kit.

You will be directed to the results submission page. Complete the details in the form and click

Test History

To view your test history you can click on

View Testing History

found on your home page.
